Shipping

All pieces are handmade in small batches, and orders are packed with care to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing time
Orders ship within 3–5 working days. During product releases or busy periods, this may be slightly longer.

UK Shipping
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri, depending on size and weight. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup
Friends and family can choose local pickup at checkout. Pickup is available in Peckham, SE London for the next month, and in Hoole, Chester from next month. Exact address and pickup time are arranged after purchase.

Packaging
Where possible, packaging is reused or recyclable. Each piece is wrapped securely to protect it in transit.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of the work, small variations in glaze, tone, and form are part of each piece’s character.

If your order arrives damaged
Please email a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. A replacement or refund will be arranged.

Change of mind
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non‑returnable items
Custom pieces and made‑to‑order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
