  • Yes. All glazes used on functional pieces are food‑safe, non‑toxic, and suitable for everyday use.

  • Most pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe, but handwashing is recommended to prolong their life — especially for pieces with unglazed exteriors or delicate rims.

  • At the moment I ship within the UK, with international shipping coming soon. If you're outside the UK and interested in a piece, feel free to get in touch.

  • Ready‑made pieces ship within 3–5 working days. Pre‑order or made‑to‑order items will have estimated timeframes listed on their product pages.

  • I occasionally take on small custom projects depending on my studio schedule. If you have something in mind, you’re welcome to reach out.

  • If something arrives broken, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. I’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Returns are accepted on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders and sale items are non‑returnable.
